The Moon on 3/6/12

Filed under: astronomy, Astrophotography, Moon, Observation Journal — Ed @ 12:04 am

The Moon dominated the night sky tonight – no deep sky images for me tonight – but it’s also a nice target to image as well.

  1. Hello – my name is Michael Marett-Crosby and I am wondering whether it would be possible to include a couple of your images in a book I am preparing for Springer’s Patrick Moore Practical Observing series. The images I have in mind are those of the Moon here and of M88 on 6.19.09. I would of course be happy to acknowledge you and add any practical information that yoyu would like included.

If you are happy for this, I wonder if you might be able to contact me. I’d be particularly grateful if you have largish jpegs that you can send, as publishers need a lot of pixels!

    Many thanks
